There was a delay caused by the manufacturer of the skylight. I was kept informed and on the day arrived at exactly the time I was told, and took the old skylight away when the job was finished.

They have now carried out three pieces of work for me. Firstly a flat roof was replaced at a very competitive price. Not the cheapest but you certainly get value from the work that completes. He also attended a further twice to help with remedial work on the existing tiles on the pitch roof. On both occasions, he responded promptly, kept his promise as to when he said he would visit and the work was undertaken without any fuss or problems. He is a real gem of a find and I’d highly recommend.

Got them back to carry out some work that was required on the guttering at the rear of the house. Took down existing rear gutter, replaced bends and union together with fitting new outlet and downpipe. Also corrected the fall of existing guttering and fitted brackets to support where needed. Team was always very polite and very professional in the work they carry out. Have used them twice now and always very happy with the standard of work.

Really happy. Our flat roof was in a bad state but is now looking fantastic! We also had a new extractor fan put through in to the bathroom. Always kept us informed and all rubbish removed.

Carried out major uPVC cladding works and installation of 20x new uPVC windows throughout our property. Was brilliant and communicating and guiding us through the process and was more than happy to provide detailed and extensive photos of progress throughout the job. This is something that put our mind at ease as we are not based at the site. Would happily use him again and recommend him to anyone not based in the area they are getting work done.

Excellent job. Chimney spanned across mine and neighbours property and dealt with very well with 2 different tile replacements to match existing roofs. Very clean after job completed. So pleased I made a very good choice of workmen to do the job as I couldn’t asked for better work and treatment as a customer. The company had to manage contacting myself and my neighbour to arrange access, this was all done in a timely manner as required. Any recommendations about additional work was fully explained and I was shown when I went on the roof that my Chimney needed re-pointing. There were weather issues for a few days, the company did not off-load the job, but returned to complete it as soon as it was safe for them to do so. I also had a triple glazed window fitted, I love how it looks, it has changed my bedroom for the better.

Brilliant company. He came out for quote straight away and showed his id and very polite. I was very impressed. We had a damp problem which could have potentially be from the roof. He said the chimney was in bad repair and could possibly be the problem. He took photos throughout the whole process to show detailed progression. Kept us informed the whole time, very polite. Let no mess and scaffolding taken down straight away. Couldn’t praise them enough. Everything was done so well. He even tried to latch tiles to previous ones.

I was impressed with them before I met them – phonecalls were made when promised and commitments were kept. He arrived on time and within a day of my initial call. He assessed the damp in the property and inspected the roof. His view was that the problem was likely to be condensation and that it would be best to try some simple measures before going to any greater expense. I was put under no pressure and my offer of some cash for the call-out was declined. I now know how to access a reliable and very polite tradesman and will definitely be calling them back when/if necessary.

He did everything he said he would and a bit more. What was nice is that he did say he didn’t know exactly how the roof was leaking but fixed what he thought might be the problem and left the scaffolding up just in case. Would use again.

All work was discussed beforehand and written quotes provided. Work was on a two storey house roof so before, during and after photos were emailed to us on completion so we could examine the work carried out. We were also phoned to make sure everything was satisfactory.

He recently completed a flat roof and this time he completed the fascias on my property. Everything was done when he said and how he said, from first appointment for quote, quote delivery (unlike the other two quotes I got) and work done. Impressed with the professionalism before, during and after. I’ve already happily recommended him and would just phone him another time without getting alternative quotes. Quote was good; turned up when he said they would, workmanship was excellent and left the job tidy. Communication was excellent with multiple photos of progress sent during the day’s work. They were fantastic. They arrived straight away, investigated to see what the problem was, provided me with a quote instantly, collected the required parts, and return within an hour to complete the work. It was less than 3 hours from the first call to the problem being fixed. What an excellent service.

The work was originally planned to take 5 days, completed in 3.5 days. Work was completed to a high standard. Very polite and helpful would recommend to any person requiring any work done on their roof.
